This is a graduation project from Viktor Tyapkov’s TouchDesigner course — the identity for the Signal music festival. The main theme is the human face and the module. To bring it to life, a tool was created for quickly assembling the festival’s animated videos.

The animated pattern into which the modules are assembled fits various formats and is flexible in use. Dynamic circular movements, enhanced with different effects, form the basis of the identity. They are complemented by distorted typography and the musicians’ faces. The pattern is divided into two types: one featuring the festival logo and one featuring photographs. Their combinations give rise to an endless number of possible applications.
