I like to create an object from what is at hand. One day, a colleague brought me a huge bag of skin samples from the Sioio and Pelle factories, spreading this treasure on the table, I remembered the illustrations from an old children’s book — a beautiful firebird flew all over the page. So a paired mirror was born from two firebirds flying to meet each other. And the feathers were these skin samples and ceramic scales.
The mirror has rather a decorative function, a bright and accentuated interior item that sets a special tone and mood in the space. Suitable for both residential and non-residential spaces as an interesting wall decor.
