The project `ROSENROT' for Till Lindemann refers to Rammstein’s aesthetics and to the cover of the album, a clear, cold image where the force is frozen on the edge of silence. The house itself is a monolith with arctic iron concrete tapes that flow smoothly to the surface of the site, erasing the boundary between architecture and river iron. A heavy riff, subject to mathematical accuracy, stands by the Vezer River in Shine village. Here you can swim, fish, record music, and engage in pyrotechnics — space for life, work, and freedom.

One of Shinne’s known features was for a long time ferry crossing through Weser, connecting the village to the opposite shore. It was an important local infrastructure element and a symbol of the connection between the two shores of the river in Germany.

Regional climate: Moderate sea, with Atlantic influence and continental features: colder winter, warmer summer. Rainfalls are even throughout the year, and strong winds are frequent in the river valley. In winter, frost and fog, in summer, it is warm but not hot. High humidity due to Weser’s proximity.
