«Toys» Collection This object design collection brings together two table lamps, a floor lamp, and spice dispensers into a unified design system inspired by the imagery of children’s toys. The collection invites viewers to look at familiar objects in a different way: not only as utilitarian items, but also as carriers of memory and emotion. These pieces evoke the joy of recognizing a familiar form that has been reinterpreted for a new use. Functionality and play are intertwined: each object is perceived as a familiar symbol and then revealed as a design piece. As a result, these items become both functional elements of the environment and visual focal points within the interior.

This collection can be considered within the context of emotional design and postmodern design culture, both of which are characterized by playful associations, quotation, ironic reinterpretation of familiar typologies, and a rejection of rigid functionalism. Whereas the modernist tradition sought maximum formal neutrality and the direct subordination of form to function, this collection takes the opposite approach: form becomes an independent expressive statement. It does not merely serve function, but enters into an active dialogue with it.

An important artistic quality of the collection is its metaphorical nature. The objects appeal to the realm of childhood experience, where a thing is perceived not only as a tool, but also as a source of play, tactile contact, and emotional attachment. These pieces activate visual perception, engage the user in interpretation, and foster a more personal and sensual relationship with the domestic environment. Here, design functions as a medium of memory, capable of translating individual recollections into the language of contemporary form.

Floor Lamp «Lavente» The floor lamp is made on the basis of a metal frame with a decorative light block composed of formed sheet elements or 3D-printed components. The petal-like elements are cut by laser, then bent and sanded to create a smooth volumetric form. The stem is made of metal tubing with concealed wiring, while the base is made of weighted steel to ensure stability. After assembly, the parts are powder-coated or satin-finished to achieve a clean decorative surface. An LED light source is integrated into the central unit, providing soft ambient illumination.

Table Lamp «Aurelia»

Table Lamp with Brass Frame and Suspended Elements The production technology of this table lamp is based on a combination of a bent brass frame and suspended elements made of colored glass, recycled plastic, or 3D-printed material. The brass parts are produced through bending, soldering, and subsequent polishing, while the glass forms are made by hand using glassblowing or lampworking, followed by annealing to relieve internal stresses. The light sources and wiring are integrated into the structure in a concealed way, preserving the visual lightness and clarity of the form.

Table Lamp «Luma» The production technology of the table lamp is based on the modular assembly of elements around a central axis. The wooden discs are manufactured by CNC milling from birch plywood or solid wood, followed by sanding and the application of a protective finish. The illuminated discs are made of frosted polycarbonate or acrylic and are fitted with integrated LED modules, a battery, and a charging board. The elements are connected through hidden magnetic contacts inside the central rod, providing charging and power supply when the object is assembled. This technology preserves the purity of the form while maintaining the modular nature of the structure.

Spice Dispensers for peppper- «Vesper», for salt- «Alba»

The spice dispensers are made of brass and metal using laser cutting, bending, and forming technologies. The lower supporting part is made of sheet metal, cut according to a template and assembled into a rigid frame. The upper spherical container is formed from metal, after which openings for dispensing salt and pepper are made. After mechanical processing, the parts are sanded, polished, and coated with a protective finish that preserves the decorative qualities of the brass.

Oil Dispenser «Melos»

The oil dispenser is made of formed glass and brass using glassblowing, turning, and final polishing technologies. The conical glass body is formed in a mold with a precisely shaped neck for a threaded connection, and is then annealed to relieve internal stresses. The brass cap is produced by machining, after which an internal thread is cut and a seat for the seal is formed. A food-grade silicone ring is used to ensure airtightness, allowing the cap to screw smoothly and securely onto the neck.

Sauce Dispenser «Raumobject» The sauce dispenser is made of glass, brass, and stainless steel using forming, turning, and final assembly technologies. The lower hemisphere is made of formed glass and features rounded grooves that allow the sauce to be poured neatly. An internal stainless steel tube extends to the middle of the sphere and stabilizes the flow of liquid when the object is tilted. The upper brass hemisphere is made with a threaded connection and can be unscrewed for convenient filling of the container. The base is made of stainless steel with a black matte finish, ensuring stability, durability, and the overall integrity of the object’s image.
