«Serium of buttons tableware you can wear a visual memory of Soviet existence, taking as a basis the shape and ornamental logic of plates and saucer from the USSR. These items, which are everyday, mass, familiar in cooking and family photos, appear here as bearers of soft nostalgia: not as a historical quote, but as a sustainable image of a household style in which repeatability and simplicity became aesthetics of everyday life.

The functionality of the button — the holes under the thread — is deliberately integrated into the composition of the mirror by recording the dual status of the object: both the piece of clothing and the miniatural dish. In this shift of scale, nostalgia becomes not a plot, but a way of acting: a familiar object is moved to a new environment and begins to function as a quiet sign of personal memory. Minimal geometry and large surfaces make the series fundamentally suitable for 3D production. The buttons are designed as monolithic forms, with soft transitions and re-readable terrain, where repeatability and standardization, typical of the Soviet substantive culture, are transformed into an artistic method that ensures the integrity of the series.

Technical task

1. Purpose of item Dressing buttons. The series is in the form of miniaturized plates: pivoted central part + expressed side/cant, sometimes agitated edge, with decorative Prince/ornament on board. 2. Basic technology: SLA/MSLA photopolymer 3D print (high detail, smooth surface, exact geometry). Recommended printing parameters: (1) Ply height: 0.03 — 0.05 mm (2) Expository/parameters — material and specific printer of the performer (3) Orientation: face up, back support only so that the face surface remains clean (4) Support: minimum, with small contact points to avoid spoiling the kant and edge 3. Material Recommended material: Engineering photopolymer \tough/ABS-like (harder than standard, less risk of cracking at the edge and around the openings). Similars are: tough resin, xdurable resin, \ABS-lake resin, from the printer/mole manufacturer. Material requirements: (1) sufficient strength on thin elements (creak/cant/gor) (2) minimum fragility (buttons shall withstand stitching and sock) (3) stability of geometry after re-lighting (without boxing) 4. Dimensions and variations (1) Size range: External button size (~ or oval length): 10 — 30 mm (2) Recommended dimensional set: S: 12 — 15 mm M: 18 — 22 mm L: 25 — 30 mm Thickness (recommendation for strength and test pieces): (1) Total thickness: 3.0 — 5.0 mm (depending on the model) (2) Minimum thickness in the area of ~ per bowl: not less than 1.6 — 2.0 mm (3) Minimum side/cant thickness: not less than 1.8 — 2.2 mm (4) Augment/volt edges: intersections not less than 1.2 — 1.5 mm (for sure seal and strength) 5. Openings and fastening Options: 2 openings or 4 openings (depending on the model). Recommended parameters: (1) Diameter of the opening below the filament: 2.0 — 2.5 mm (2) Phase at the openings (on both sides): 0.3 — 0.6 mm, so that the thread is not wiped over For 2 openings: position on the vertical axis, symmetrically centre For 4 openings: square/climb, symmetrically centre Requirements: openings shall be clean, free of flashes.

6. Surface and quality requirements (1) Face side (obvious): 1.1. without traces of support 1.2. without gross steps / strip 1.3. Tender kant/cream, without pins (2) Tender side: 2.1. Support marks are allowed but, after removal, without sharp punctures * 2.2. surface is smooth so as not to attach tissue (3) Tolerances (indications): 3.1. Dimensions. / length: ± 0.2 mm 3.2. Thickness: ± 0.2 mm 3.3. Openings: ± 0.15 mm 7. Post-treatment (compulsory) (1) IPA/cleaner washing (2 stages), removal of resin residues (2) Removal of support (before final re-lighting in order to reduce the risk of scrapes) (3) UV pre-lighting according to material regulation (4) Back-side/back-end contact (P600-P1000) If necessary: thin layer of ground/primer under colour (for uniform coating) 8. Printhing and protection (decor) Methods of application of the Prince: (1) Hand-painting: 1.1. Basic colour (amal/acryl) 1.2. Spraying of the ornament with a brush/street 1.3. Final covering with a lacquer (2) Tampoprint: 2.1. Preparation of the cliché to fit the selected ornament 2.2. Purpose on board/cant. Final coating with a lacquer (3) UV-print: 3.1. Adgesia test to soil/material 3.2. Seal seal of the ornament on board/field 3.3. Final covering with a lacquer Protective coating (recommended for all options with decorative): (1) Prospicial lacquer: Satine / glycer (depending on the aesthetics of the Series) (2) Prepreferate: 2K polyureal coating with a layer of top strength, acureal capacity: acryal capacity: (1) and acoral capacity:

9. Quality control (checks) (b>) Checking openings: (1) openings clean, without flashes of material (2) thread free, without chains (3) fads retained, no sharp edges Surface check: (1) face without support and visible press artifact (2) rear side smooth, without sharp projections, does not attach tissue (3) kant/creak without scratches and cracks Test of strength in use: (1) stitching test: 10 to 15 string cycles without damage around openings (2) port/lak wear test (if there is a decor): slight friction with cloth/nog — without visible washing and bolts 10. Files and transmissions Format and structure: (1) Model transfer in the format STL(2) Units of measurement: mm (3) Models `waterlight' (confined), no self-intersections, correct openings

Sketches

Action 1 — Research and development of visual language. (1) Search and study of photographs of Soviet dishes on the Internet: collection of table references, identification of characteristic features. (2) Selection of key motives and formation of a «family» of objects: definition of which types of plates will be converted into buttons and which will make the series look complete. (3) Hand-painting of sketches: quick sketches of profiles and silhouettes of future buttons, preliminary layout of openings. Tap 2 — Generation and iterations of 2D squeaks 1) Production of prompts and generation of conceptual squeaks at Sora: Collection of button variations in the specified stylist (studio stewing, white background, soft light). (2) Inertial refinement of prompts: clarification of the wording for control of shape, number and location of openings. (3) Final selection of sketches: fix the set of options that create a single visual system of the series and serve as the basis for 3D modelling. Tap 3 — Creation of 3D models and printing (1) Generation of 3D models for selected sketches at Meshi.ai: Creation of primary STL versions of objects. (2) Correction of geometry at Blender: net cleaning, removal of artifacts, thickness levelling, fine-tuning of edges and openings, bringing models to a single size and proportion system. (3) Verification of the model ' s technical accuracy: integrity, lack of self-crossings, sufficient thickness, correct holes under the thread. 10. Preparation for 3D printing at Anycubic Photo Workshop: Model orientation, support generation if necessary, printing settings for selected technology, STL exports.

Activity 4 — Visualization and productions (1) Reader of ready-made models Blender: brand of images of objects for presentation. (2) Production generation in Sora: image images of the series. (3) Promotional material collection: poster/key-visual production, composition and printing under the title of the series. Thap 5 — TK and final package of project (1) Development of TK for production: size, material, printing technology, surface/accuracy requirements, post-processing recommendations. (2) Clarification and editing of TK in ChatGPT: Establishment of clear technical structure requirements and verification of parameter logic. (3) Collection of all material into the final presentation: concept, designs, promo, rendezvous, perspective, reference to STL, TK, description of the process.
