In the winter of New Year’s Moscow, there is certainly something to do, but still the most pleasant (and socially acceptable) time remains the desk. Here are a few bold options that do not include olives, but nevertheless promise bright impressions.

Manul — Moscow Restaurant, Hunting Squad, 2

Even if you do not have a Siberian grandmother, an hour or so can be a great success and a pleasure to mimic its existence by looking at a beautiful restaurant in the middle of the capital. Pauline Antonov’s chief confectioner made a set of desserts with tea. In fact, scented tea and mint are served in the Nostalgic «Nostalgic» series, with butter, chocolate sausage, Siberian grilling, caramel spoons. Seth’s for two.

Urban Winery — Moscow City Wine, Spartakov Street, 3c1

The Bauman Mansion became one of the season’s main major restaurants in the capital, and recently, a wine pub was opened at a restaurant and wine mill — it was placed in the basement. And it’s the perfect place to get out of a mayonnaise coma and have a nice warm company. Until the end of the holiday holiday, the pub had a compact but beautifully assembled brand chef, Arena Zhuravleva, rushing the menu. There are only three appetizers: a red caviar canon sandwich, a mortadella roll with cheese (acid wine) and a herring mashep under a fur coat and devilled eggs — eggs with beet cream and anchovies. The drinking part is represented by a Tangerine Gimlet cocktail with pine liquor and a twit on a cedar cream gogol. In addition, eight outstanding Russian game wines are poured down the glasses.

«Fish My Fish» restaurant — Moscow, Novin Boulevard, 31 (WEB Centre)

Branchi is the favorite holiday for Moscow and those guests of the capital who have already learned enough about it. In the capital, late lunches are held in many institutions, but the new restaurant of the Vladimir Perelman network offers a win-win option: to combine a belly holiday with a leafing session. «Branchie on vinyl» implies a lively dialogue between the guests and the DJ, but you can, of course, repeat the vigil’s feats — just listen and eat. The menu is a copyright collection from Chief Alexey Martynov: hedgehogs, oysters, shrimps and rolls on ice, homemade cheese with tomatoes, vitello tomato, crab and salmon brioche, eggs and seasonal desserts. The nearest «Branch on Vinyl» is January 11th.
